Sales Account Manager

Flow has partnered with a leading technology company who are hiring a Sales Account Manager to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities and leads.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by consistently converting leads into accounts.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales team to ensure the proposal matches the customer’s requirements and budgets.
  • Making sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with 3rd party vendors to resell and redistribute the company’s products and services.
  • Managing clients from the pipeline to the contract stage and awarding process.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or similar. Education Business Knowledge/ Software Sales is a plus.
  • Total of 6-10 years of work experience of which must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales & business development experience.
  • Must have experience in selling software solutions.
  • Must have previous sales experience in the UAE market with a strong customer network.
  • Strong experience in closing deals with large enterprises and governmental clients.
  • Basic software Engineering background and general technology awareness.
  • Experience working within the enterprise software development industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
