A leading financial institution is actively recruiting a Video Producer to be based in Dubai.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Work with the internal department and key stakeholders to understand project requirements and its objective.
- Develop concepts, stories, and scripts in collaboration with the creative team.
- Handle the overall production budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Plan and coordinate video shoot including venue, equipment, and crew.
- Review the final video and edit as per the requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks to review accuracy, consistency, and brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain a well organise media library.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as required for production requirements.
- Keep informed on the latest video production trends and techniques and incorporate them into projects.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Proven experience as Video Producer or similar, with an outstanding creative video portfolio.
- Must have experience working with different types of cameras and video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Motion graphics and animation software experience is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of production processes and technologies.
- Previous experience working with AI-based tools and video automation platforms are added advantage.
- Preferably knowledge of SEO principles and video optimization techniques
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management skills, aesthetic and creative skills, and high attention to technical detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
