Flow is currently working with a leading Fintech company who is looking to appoint a Vice President of Sales to be based in Singapore.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Identifying sales improvements and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Managing sales budgets
  • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Monitoring market and competitor activities and providing detailed sales forecasting
  • Improving customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Expertise in technology and payment services, digital assets, alternative payment and Distributed Ledger Technology (Blockchain)

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Must be currently based in Singapore
  • Payments knowledge is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology
  • Prior experience in enterprise solution sales, banking or payments preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technology solution sales position and payments background
  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in selling to senior (C-level) leadership roles
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods
  • Strong working knowledge of Payment services or products
  • Excellent leadership, and customer service skills
