A leading technology company is actively hiring a Service Delivery Specialist for their Qatar office.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any service-related issues or inquiries.
  • Manage the resolution of incidents and problems according to ITIL best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize service delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit various reports related to service delivery performance.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Only candidates based in Qatar will be considered.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
