Flow has partnered with a bank who are hiring a Senior Digital Platform Support Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Please note that due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals can be considered for this role.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Install, configure, and deploy modules, solutions and releases.
- Review and prepare related documents for approvals.
- Gather and consolidate requirements for technical teams.
- Coordinate during execution of projects/tasks.
- Escalate issues and provide appropriate solution.
- Track and coordinate vendor support related issues.
- Record, maintain & update documentation related to function.
- Prepare and submit reports on timely basis.
- Maintain bank information related security system.
- Execute any relevant task assigned as required.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Please note that due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals can be considered for this role.
- Minimum 7 – 10 years’ experience in IT with 5 years in a similar role.
- Must have banking Experience is a Must.
- Good understanding of programming language in support of web.
- Experience in Identity, Access Management and Directory Services technologies
- Proven experience Building and using web APIs.
- Strong Communication skills in English & Arabic, in its oral and written form.
