Flow has partnered with a leading law firm who are hiring a Senior Arbitration Lawyer to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Help establish a mutual agreement.
- Set up appointments with both parties.
- Conduct meetings and explain the arbitration process to both parties.
- Gather and analyse documents and relevant records.
- Interview key stakeholders in each case.
- Clarify the arguments of opposing parties.
- Resolve cases by offering legal advice or necessary solutions.
- Settle disputes by applying relevant laws, procedures, and policies.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
To be successful you will need to meet the following criteria:
- 10+ years Post-Qualified Experience at an international law firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a neutral disposition.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with being client-facing.
- Fluent in English. Arabic would be advantageous.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
