A leading bank is actively recruiting a Sales Team Leader to be based in the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Manage and monitor revenue generation through sale of various bank financial services to achieve financial targets and maximise revenue generation.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Implementing sales strategies and tactics to improve profitability.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or Finance or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years Consumer Banking experience.
  • Strong knowledge of global financial markets and trends.
  • Deep understanding of consumer banking products and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships and grow book of business through consultative sales methodology.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
