Flow is partnering with a leading software company who are hiring a Sales Director – IT Services to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Developing and executing Sales strategic plan.
- Generation of sales pipeline in IT Services.
- Making Sales presentations and reaching out to the right stake holders of the prospect company.
- In depth understanding of the marketing and sales life cycle and managing clients from the pipeline to contract stage.
- Closing new business deals.
- Liaising with the project team to be updated of the project status.
- Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Building and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with Client stake holders.
- Working with customer to better understand their needs and requirements.
- Responsible for client communications.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- 12-15 years of Direct Sales experience in selling IT Software and Services.
- Knowledge of Banking domain and Financial services.
- Proven account management skills.
- Should have relevant experience in BFSI Domain.
- Sale professional with understanding of software service business.
- Should have global market intelligence, and knowledge of competitors’ products/services.
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target oriented.
