Flow Talent is working with a leading bank who are recruiting a Relationship Manager – Mid Corporate to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Acquiring new clients.
- Implementing tools to identify new leads.
- Maintaining good relationship with existing customers.
- Increasing sales volumes / market shares in target market
- Developing and managing the portfolio of the company – wholesale banking.
- Establishing and maintaining a working rapport with customers by providing expertise in identifying their financial needs.
- Providing customers with accurate and timely information on products.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing relationships and portfolio of clients.
- Excellent relationship skills and awareness of risk management concept and practices.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management and strong analytical skills.

- Ability to work under sales-oriented environment in banking.
