Relationship Manager – Mid Corporate

Flow Talent is working with a leading bank who are recruiting a Relationship Manager – Mid Corporate to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Acquiring new clients.
• Implementing tools to identify new leads.
• Maintaining good relationship with existing customers.
• Increasing sales volumes / market shares in target market
• Developing and managing the portfolio of the company – wholesale banking.
• Establishing and maintaining a working rapport with customers by providing expertise in identifying their financial needs.
• Providing customers with accurate and timely information on products.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing relationships and portfolio of clients.
• Excellent relationship skills and awareness of risk management concept and practices.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work under sales-oriented environment in banking.
