Flow is working with a leading bank who are hiring a Relationship Manager – Business Banking to be based in the UAE.
Please note that due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals can be considered for this role.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Identify, develop, and execute strategies to attract potential customers to acquire new assets.
- Cross-sell and upsell a variety of asset products to meet client requirements.
- Complete financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications to ensure an excellent onboarding experience; achieve assigned targets and secure profitable business transactions.
- Adding new relationships whilst managing the existing relationships to ensure the proper delivery of products and services at or above established quality standards.
- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

- Must have 5-10 years of SME Lending experience.
- Proven experience in asset acquisition and relationship management within the banking sector.
- Good understanding of secured and unsecured lending products.
- Excellent relationship skills and awareness of risk management concepts and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
