Flow Talent is working with a UAE-based firm who are hiring a Recruitment Manager for their Abu Dhabi office.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans in alignment with the company’s talent acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as online job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screen and assess applicants’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, phone screenings, and assessments.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure candidate suitability and integrity.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assess interview feedback, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and implement innovative approaches to improve the overall recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to management.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably within the UAE market.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment legislation.
  • Strong understanding of various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
