Product Evangelist

Flow Talent is working with a UAE-based firm who are hiring a Product Evangelist.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of digital reading platforms.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing its features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer by answering their inquiries and understanding their needs.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback and market insights to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
• Participates in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns relating to the assigned products.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing. Training delivery certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product promotion and support within the Technology Industry.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with marketing or technical presales teams.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Trainer for a software platform.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.
