Middleware Administrator

One of the leading banks in the UAE is actively recruiting a Middleware Administrator.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Manage software and hardware of the bank’s IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain applications and operating systems.
• Monitor system and server performance and document configuration and settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any application and infrastructure-related issues.
• Plan and implements software and security architecture.
• Provides technical support and guidance.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Engineering degree preferably specialised in Information Technology or Information Systems. Middleware Products and Java Certification are a plus.
• Must have minimum 6 years’ IT support experience in a large company with at least 3 – 5 years experience in Middleware Admin and Development. Preferably with experience in the banking domain.
• In-depth knowledge of IBM AIX, RHEL, and Windows server operating systems.
• Experience in database administration, AppConnect, API Connect, and middleware platforms.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
