Legal Advisor

Flow is working with a leading technology company who are hiring a Legal Advisor to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Drafting and solidifying agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Provide advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders on legal matters affecting business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
• Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitoring compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE laws and regulations that may impact the company’s operations.
• Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3-5 years Post-Qualified Experience.
• Experience with governmental & commercial contracts is a must.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing a variety of contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
