Junior Associate

A leading financial institution is actively hiring a Junior Associate for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the financial services industry.
• Develop and implement effective strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster business development opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential areas for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, agreements, and partnerships to maximize business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse industry and market dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize business development strategies.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Proven experience in sales/business development preferably within the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, markets, and investment strategies.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
