Flow Talent are working with an international law firm who are actively recruiting an Infrastructure & Energy Lawyer for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Work as a principal Associate and collaborate with members of wider projects and infrastructure group.
- Take an active role in business development initiatives including training and networking.
- Preparing and finalising commercial contracts.
- Advising on regulatory compliance and procedures as per local law including data structuring and strategy.
- Perform legal research to foresee and resolve legal issues – determining the appropriate course of action.
- Nurture existing client relationships as well as identify and build new opportunities.
To be successful you will need to meet the following criteria:
- 5+ years Post-Qualified Experience at comparable firm.
- Proven work experience in the Corporate/Energy and Infrastructure practice
- Strong commercial awareness – infrastructure, energy, and transport.
- Excellent technical legal skills, gained within complex multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with being client-facing.
- Fluent in English. French or Arabic would be advantageous.
- Experience of collaborating with clients on a range of energy and infrastructure projects and schemes.
