One of the leading sports and entertainment agencies in the UAE is actively recruiting a Head of Sales to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Providing support to the media sales and operations team
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan
  • Analysing market trends
  • Scouting new clients and prospects in selected markets
  • Drafting presentations aimed at promoting portfolio and services to the market
  • Contributing to the acquisition of new properties with market analysis and business intelligence
  • Providing market intelligence for the evaluation of new media rights properties
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market and competitors’ activities
  • Helping with the administrative tasks of the media sales and operations department

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Strong knowledge of the media rights business and the sports market
  • Sponsorship and advertising sales experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Arabic will be advantageous
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Collaborative, and enjoy working as part of a geographically widespread team
  • Able to build great relationships across the business
  • Ability to work with contracts, draft presentations and reports
  • Ability to work under time pressure with strong attention to detail
