A leading bank in the UAE is actively recruiting for a Head of Digital Customer Engagement.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Build and developing the digital engagement strategy for the bank
  • Leading and developing the digital engagement and experience platform
  • Identifying opportunities to retain and deepen existing customer relationships
  • Ensuring maximization of the benefits of new digital systems, features and processes
  • Developing & optimizing the multi-channel communication on different platforms / channels
  • Develop customer analytics and insights reporting
  • Collaborating with digital marketing team in development and execution of integrated engagement plans
  • Responsible for the integration between stakeholders across the matrix, geographic and business/functional aspects of the digital products.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • University degree in Business or any related field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects
  • Experience managing and leading a digital team
  • Project Management experience (Agile, Scrum, Other Methodology)
  • Business Intelligence Reporting, Data Analytics related skills are preferred
  • Creative editing packages, HTML, CSS, Adobe, Photoshop …etc.- related skills are preferred
