Flow Talent is working with a leading financial institution who are recruiting a Head of Corporate & Institutional Relationships to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Identify, cultivate, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements that align the company’s objectives.
- Experience in managing a team of Relationship Managers.
- Experience working within the Banking, Insurance, or Financial Exchange industry.
- Acts as the main point of contact for partners and builds a good working relationship ensuring satisfaction and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that support growth and expansion plans.
- Work closely with internal departments to execute partnership initiatives and oversee marketing materials, campaigns, events, and training programs.
- Ensure all agreements and activities are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
- Manage and monitor the allocated budget for partnership activities.
- Lead a high-performing team providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate and institutional relationship management, preferably in the education or training sector
- Strong network of contacts in the corporate and educational sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of budget management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to partnerships.
