Flow Talent is working with a leading bank who are recruiting a FX Specialist to be based in the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • To manage overall FX business for the SME / Business Banking segment.
  • Improving product marketability, profitability, and market share.
  • Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives, and targets.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Developing a strong relationship with key clients.
  • Tracking goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Maximize the impact digital marketing to build momentum on products and initiatives.
  • Ensuring profits are reflected in all its operations – including relationships and risk management.
  • Identify new business leads and contact key clients to cross sell products and services.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Banking, Finance or Business.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in SME Banking with demonstrated success in MENA for FX products & services.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge in Commercial Banking Practice and Regulations.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
