Flow Talent is working with a leading software development company who are hiring a DevOps Engineer for their Jordan office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Manage the different deployment environments.
- Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
- Participate in the definition of the development/delivery pipeline processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments, and provide timely resolution.
- Monitor system performance and reliability and implement proactive measures to optimize infrastructure and prevent downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps technologies and trends and evaluate potential impact on processes and systems.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Experience in cloud systems: design, deployment, management, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of all DevOps concepts.
- Mastering at least one scripting language. A basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
- Good experience with the common DevOps tools for Java development.
- Good knowledge and practice of operating systems (Windows and Linux).
