One of the leading banks in the UAE is actively recruiting a Customer Service Representative.
Please note that due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals with Family Book can be considered for this role.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Support relationship managers in business banking and priority banking.
- Provide accurate and relevant information regarding banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and privacy policies.
- Stay updated with the bank’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and cross-sell products when appropriate.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
