Chief Executive Officer

Flow has partnered with a UAE based firm who are hiring a Chief Executive Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience with the last 5 years in C level and leadership position.
• Strong general industrial and manufacturing experience.
• The role will be responsible for a headcount of 2000+ employees, similar experience is a must.
• Strong business development background. You would have developed and executed strategy successfully for a large conglomerate with businesses in construction, production, contracting and manufacturing.
• Thorough understanding and knowledge in financial models and business models.
• Possess a growth mindset, set key performance indicators, and hold your senior leadership team to high standards.
